Our Performance and Event Space is available for Birthday Parties, Artist Performances, DJs, Anniversary Parties, Networking & Real Estate Mixers, Wedding Proposals, Holiday Parties, Company Parties, Game Nights, Speed Dating, Silent Parties, Brand/Product Launches, Community Meet-ups, Benefit Events, Dance Classes, etc. Minimum of (75+) 21+ adult persons must be in attendance. Events with guests less than (75+) in attendance will be subject to an additional fee of $10 per person. Please note that alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for sale at our full service bar. Beverage minimum spend may be required on an event to event basis. Additional Bartenders, DJs, Live Bands, Photo Booth Experiences, and Cleaning Services can be provided at an additional rate. In-person tours are allowed upon availability with a fee of $30 at 9pm & 10pm Wednesday - Saturday, and can be applied to total booking only if guests decides to make a reservation within (24) hours of tour date. Upscale dress code and 25+ adult person event(s) are preferred. 21+ adult person event(s) are welcome. 18+ underage event(s) are welcome to inquiry and may be subject to additional booking rate fees. Booking rates are subject to change at any time without notice, including but not limited to national holidays, high-demand events, special occasions, and multiple date requests. We reserve the unrestricted right to modify booking rates on an event-by-event basis, with or without notice, in our best interests.
