Rental space includes Main floor, comprised of conference area, kitchen with bar, living room lounge, back yard, washroom on the main floor. Additional washroom (ADA) at the entery level. Bring in catering for breakfast, lunch or happy hour and enjoy it in our gourmet kitchen (oven, freezer/fridge and microwave). Use the private backyard for breaks, fresh air and sunshine. Additional rooms available for breakout sessions with additional notice and fees. Elevator available for ADA guests. One (1) Town house parking spot available for event booker/planner. Other guest can park next door at the Westbard Parking Garage (currently free but guests are responsible to abide by signage). Whiteboards with markers and large Smart TV screens with screen share/casting for conferencing included. Verizon FiOS Wi-Fi. Must bring your own laptops and conferencing software (Zoom/ MSFT Teams/ Google Meet etc). Must bring your own office supplies. Conference table seats 8, with 4 at the kitchen bar. Living room lounge area seats 6 comfortably. Additional chairs available. Living room lounge area can be reconfigured as presentation/lecture space seating 15- 20.
