This welcoming, flexible space can be arranged just the way you need it, comfortably hosting groups of up to 35 people. You can set up the room in any layout that best supports your photoshoot, recording, meeting, workshop, rehearsal, or small training session. You’ll have convenient access to two bathrooms and a kitchen, making breaks and refreshments easy. Please note: this space is for professional use only—no parties or social events. Parking is hassle-free, with room for 6–7 cars in the lot and plenty of free street parking close by.
