Important information for film crew:
1) Only 2 parking space are available, in one tandem parking. If you come with 20 feet long van, the space only can park this van. Cars are parked in any other place will be towed by neighbors quickly.
2) If your equipments left in the parking area, someone must watch all the time, homeless people live in parking lot. Back entry door must be remain locked or someone watch all the time.
3) All in-store electrical device, cash register, and cooking equipments must remain the same place. Some of them have plumbing pipe and electrical wire behind.
4) Refrigerator can be turned off periodically, lots of ice must to be inside to keep under 41 degrees. Freezer will not make any sound, no need to be turned off. Ice machine can be turn off.
5) Skylight roof window can be covered from ceiling.
