This option is perfect for creators who want a smooth, stress-free session and high-quality audio/video results. For Podcasts we do LIVE editing which is included in the price. Rules & Policies General Conduct • Respect the studio, equipment, and building at all times • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the studio • No open flames, fog machines, or special effects • No food or drinks near equipment (sealed water bottles only) Equipment Use • Professional studio equipment may only be operated by an approved technician • Guests may not touch, adjust, unplug, or reconfigure cameras, audio equipment, lighting, or control systems unless explicitly approved in advance • Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the booking guest Booking Types • Full-Service bookings include equipment and technician operation • Space-Only bookings include the room, furniture, lighting, and power only • Studio equipment is not accessible during space-only rentals Capacity • Maximum occupancy: 6 • No additional guests beyond the booked headcount Time & Overtime • Booking time includes setup and breakdown • A 15-minute grace period is allowed at the start of your session • Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments and charged automatically • Sessions exceeding booked time may be ended if another booking follows Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit or be charged in full per Peerspace policy • No-shows are non-refundable Cleanliness • Guests must leave the studio in the same condition it was found • Excessive mess or trash may result in an additional cleaning fee Security & Liability • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings • The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items • Any damage to the space or equipment will be billed to the booking guest Audio & Noise • Please be mindful of noise levels in common areas and outside the studio • No loitering in hallways or building entrances Failure to Follow Rules Failure to follow these rules may result in: • Immediate termination of the session • Loss of remaining time without refund • Additional charges for damages or overtime
