This is an abandoned property. It will not be spotless and may contain dust, debris, or unfinished areas (this is the charm of this space). The space is provided as-is. Between bookings we perform safety cleaning only. Renter Responsibilities If you bring it, install it, or create it — you must remove and clean it before leaving. This includes: • confetti, fake snow, dirt, sand, glitter • tape, decals, and adhesives • props, set dressing, decorations • spills, fake blood, makeup, food and drink mess • trash and packing materials All walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures must be returned to their original condition. Not Allowed • permanent adhesives, nails, screws, paint, staining • materials that cause staining or residue without permission • leaving behind props, trash, or set pieces Extra cleaning or repairs caused by the production will be billed.
