In the heart of SoHo and flooded with indirect soft light, this chic and enormous photographer's studio features a brand new renovation, huge amounts of space, a chef's kitchen and a cozy sleeping loft. This rental also comes fully equipped with photography equipment i.e. lights, stands, tripods, vflats. (ask me for more details and a full gear list if interested).There is a spacious marble bathroom, stocked with Frette and Muji linens, and waterworks fixtures. The living space boasts 12.5' ceilings and is elegantly quiet day and night. This space can be used for photoshoots, tv/commercial/movie productions, and as an event space. It is highly customizable for whatever your needs may be. Truly an oasis in the heart of everything.
