Welcome to a spacious and private 3,500-square-foot photo studio designed to inspire creativity at every turn. Flooded with beautiful natural window light throughout the day, this versatile space is ideal for fashion shoots, portraits, headshots, commercial work, and more. The studio features multiple fully built-out shooting environments. Studio A is a flexible, professional workspace equipped for fashion, portraiture, headshots, and a wide range of creative productions. Studio B offers a refined, editorial look inspired by Vanity Fair, complete with large, powerful LED lights, a classic chesterfield leather couch, a Barcelona chair, a hand-painted Oliphant backdrop, and elegant French-finish textured walls, perfect for high-end portraits and cinematic imagery. Beyond the interior, the studio opens up to a large outdoor patio that’s fully production-ready for photo or video shoots, workshops, and events. The patio comfortably accommodates 50+ people and provides a fantastic open-air setting for creative projects. The space also includes a fully equipped podcast room featuring four Mackie microphones, a professional recorder, multi-view setup, and a switcher when needed, making it easy to capture high-quality audio for any podcast needs.
