Lotuswood is a small regenerative produce farm located just minutes from Middletown, NY. Our outdoor spaces include growing areas, a greenhouse, an orchard, a koi pond, and a forest wedding ceremony hill that doubles as an outdoor classroom. The modern farmhouse comes with a commercial kitchen, a 600-sq-ft flex-use room, and a small loft. This space is suitable for dining (up to 40 people), classes and workshops, and light fitness sessions (up to 12 people). The farmhouse is temperature controlled and comes with two bathrooms. The barn is a wooden outdoor structure with concrete floors and open views of the property. The barn has 2400 square feet of space to be configured to your event needs, chandelier lighting, string lights, ceiling fans, and two bathrooms. There's a bar in the corner and a back room for caterers. Suitable for receptions, cocktail parties, etc. Accommodates larger groups (up to 130 seated), or for dancing and exercise classes. Furniture can be rented through the venue for any configuration. Lotuswood Events Services will work with you in basic timeline and logistic planning. Our team will be on-site during the rental period for support and security. The total usable space is 3-acres, with plenty of quaint areas to explore but small enough to walk easily. Outdoor spaces are available for photos with any rental. There are no overnight accommodations onsite, but we can recommend nearby hotels.
