The studio features large skylights and abundant natural light, creating an airy, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. Designed to host hands-on experiences, workshops, and intimate gatherings, the space offers an open, flexible layout that can be easily reconfigured for classes, private events, brand activations, and community programming. High ceilings, clean finishes, and warm details make it both functional and visually striking. Kitsby Studio is especially well-suited for culinary workshops, arts and crafts classes, tastings, private celebrations, and small team gatherings. The environment feels elevated yet approachable, with natural light that works beautifully for photography, content creation, and immersive experiences. Conveniently located near multiple subway lines and surrounded by downtown Manhattan’s most iconic neighborhoods, the studio is easy to access while still feeling tucked away and intimate.

At Kitsby, the space is cleaned and reset by a professional cleaning team between every booking to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. After each booking, the professional cleaner wipes down and sanitizes all tables, counters, work surfaces, and high-touch areas. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed and replaced with fresh liners, and the space is returned to its original layout. Bathrooms are fully cleaned and restocked by the professional cleaner between bookings, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and frequently touched surfaces. Soap, paper products, and hand towels are replenished. Kitchen and prep areas are thoroughly cleaned after each use, with dishes washed or run through the dishwasher as needed and all surfaces sanitized in accordance with food safety standards. Before the next booking begins, the space is inspected to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.
