A 1927 Norman Revival home in Silver Lake available for small, intimate gatherings in a residential setting. The living and dining rooms seat up to 15 comfortably; the courtyard garden can extend capacity for standing receptions. The space suits events that match its character: quiet, curated, and thoughtfully hosted.
This is not a party venue. It's a home, and it books like one — best for small creative gatherings, intimate dinners, brand receptions, book launches, and salons where the conversation is the point.
Ideal for: dinner parties and supper clubs, intimate brand or product launches, small gallery receptions, artist talks, creative community gatherings, editorial events.
Not available for: DJ events, amplified live music, bachelorette or birthday parties, high-volume social events, or any gathering where noise after 9 PM is expected.
