Look no further! This versatile creative studio in San Diego’s vibrant Barrio Logan neighborhood offers 2,000 sqft of flexible space that's ready to host your next team gathering. We're housed in a renovated 1940s warehouse with exposed rafters and worn concrete floors, and our space has an authentic, industrial charm that’s rare to find. Oh, and did we mention that we're only a 5 minute drive from the San Diego Convention Center? We've hosted everything here from photo shoots and corporate training video productions to happy hours, live music events, and private VIP wine tastings and our clients have described our space as dynamic, vibey, and "filled with character." But above all else this is a functioning studio space that's designed to be practical for all your creative and working needs while also simply being a pleasure to spend time in. With thoughtfully curated vintage furniture pieces, a hi-fi stereo system, a white cyclorama wall that's perfect for capturing updated headshots (ask about our in-house photographer!), large conference table, available 4k projector, and fast wifi we have everything you'll need to ensure your comfort and productivity. Forget about those sterile boardrooms and delete all that synergy, "circling back", and KPI business jargon from your mind for a day. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean space! Between every booking the studio is cleaned thoroughly with a HEPA filter vacuum and all high-touch surfaces and restroom facilities are sterilized. Gloves, masks, and disinfecting wipes can be provided to guests upon request if you are feeling unwell or have any outstanding concerns about the spread of illness while visiting our studio.
