"Brick and Beam" loft offers a stunning backdrop for creative productions, off-site meetings, and photo shoots. The Space: The unit features soaring timber ceilings, authentic exposed brick walls, and oversized windows that frame a dramatic view of the Hockanum River waterfall and dam. The aesthetic is "Industrial Chic" but finished with clean, commercial-grade carpeting (excellent for sound dampening during video interviews). Layout & Access: Main Floor: A wide-open, column-free layout that can be configured for rows of seating, camera equipment, or breakout groups. Load-In: We are production-friendly! Access is easy via our loading dock and freight elevator. Parking: We offer a massive private lot with 90+ spaces. The lot is illuminated by floodlights and monitored by security cameras, making it safe for crew vehicles and trucks. Flooring: The carpet is vacuumed and spot-cleaned before every check-in. Ventilation: Our space features high ceilings and ample square footage, allowing for excellent air circulation. Buffer Time: We ensure a cleaning buffer period between guests to allow for thorough preparation. Supplies: Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are provided on-site for guest use.
