This space has been serving musicians and artists of all kinds for over 20 years. By day, the space is a bustling music school, teaching private lessons to over 400 students. But in the evening...it can transform into a comfy, vibey venue for multiple events. Private parties, live music performances, rehearsals, and recording studio sessions all work well within the space. We have built-in performance lighting, on site recording studio equipment, multiple rooms that can be customized to suit your event. We also have ample outdoor space with easy access to power. The building has 9 lesson rooms, 1 large rehearsal/recording room, and a large lobby area. All rooms can be customized depending on the type of event you're hosting.
