This is a fully equipped filming and production studio in Midtown Manhattan, designed for interviews, branded content, editorial shoots, remote recordings, podcasts, and small-to-medium productions. Included with your booking: • Overhead lighting grid • Studio lighting listed below • Furniture and existing studio sets • Wi-Fi • Kitchen and coffee area • Bathrooms The studio is ready for production when you arrive, while still giving you the flexibility to rearrange furniture, lighting, and backgrounds for your shoot. STUDIO ONE This listing is for Studio One, our largest individual studio. The full usable area measures approximately 34 ft × 20 ft (680 sq ft). The central rug/set area measures 12 ft × 18 ft (216 sq ft) and sits directly beneath the overhead lighting grid. The layout is open and adaptable. Furniture can be rearranged, and four desks are available that can easily be wheeled out of the studio if additional shooting space is required. Different curtain options are available and can be positioned throughout the room, allowing backgrounds and camera angles to maintain a consistent color and visual look. Lighting conditions can be fully controlled. INCLUDED LIGHTING & GRIP The overhead lighting grid and the following equipment are included with your booking: • 4 × Nanlite FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolights • 4 × Nanlite FS-60B Bi-Color Studio Spotlights • 3 × Godox 33.5” Umbrella Softboxes with Grids • 1 × Godox 19.7” × 51.2” Softbox with Grid • 3 × Nanlite 23.6” Octagonal Softboxes with Grids SOUND & LIGHT CONTROL The studio is acoustically treated with Acoustic America sound panels installed across the ceiling. Blackout curtains and sound blankets are fitted to the windows to assist with both light and sound control. Please note that this is an acoustically treated production studio, not a fully soundproof soundstage. THE FACILITY The overall facility is approximately 2,250 sq ft. This booking is specifically for filming within Studio One. Shared facility amenities include two bathrooms and a kitchen/coffee area. Please refer to the floor plan for the studio layout. If you need additional space for talent holding, hair and makeup, production offices, equipment staging, or a larger crew, the entire studio facility is available through our separate Peerspace listing. ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT & CREW We are a working production studio and can also provide cameras, audio, additional lighting, grip equipment, and experienced production crew. ACCESS & STUDIO CARE After booking, you’ll receive detailed studio access information along with our studio rules and guidelines. We don’t charge a standard cleaning fee. We simply ask that the studio is returned to the same condition and layout in which you found it and that the studio rules are followed. If additional cleaning or resetting is required after a booking, the applicable cleaning or reset fees may be charged.
