Great for: * Branding or lifestyle photo shoots * Social media content, reels, and TikToks * Flatlays or styled product photos * Podcast or interview backdrops The space features: * Wall-to-wall windows + soft, even natural light all day * White wood paneling throughout and neutral tile floors * Cozy seating setup with armchairs, ottoman, and couch * Styled work desk with leather stools and thoughtful props * Optional use of bar area for cocktails/mocktails or product styling * Private, ground-floor space with easy access and street parking Whether you're a brand photographer, influencer, entrepreneur, or simply someone who wants beautiful lighting and an inspiring backdrop—you’ll feel right at home here. This listing includes access to the sunroom only. Max 6 people unless otherwise approved. Free street parking available. Setup and breakdown must occur within your booked time. Bathroom available for bookings over 90 minutes. Host may be home but will remain out of view and hands-off unless support is requested.

What We Do Before Every Booking: * All surfaces are wiped down with all-purpose cleaner and/or disinfectant * High-touch areas (door handles, light switches, chairs, desk, etc.) are sanitized * Furniture and props are reset to their original positions * Floors are vacuumed or swept * Freshly laundered linens or throws are used as needed * Any drinkware or props are washed and sanitized between uses What We Ask of You Before Checkout: * Leave the space as you found it (we understand a little styling mess may happen!) * Put any moved furniture or props back in place * Remove any trash or personal items * Let us know immediately if anything breaks or spills—we totally get that accidents happen! * If you used dishes, glassware, or props, please rinse or return them to the tray provided
