Historic Home with Great Light and a Big Private Yard

The space would work well for a photo or video shoot. There are a few different areas available. Upstairs has the best natural light throughout the day, with a SE exposure. Downstairs has 9.5' ceilings, gorgeous wood beams, stained glass and natural wood floors. The yard is private and is half forested and half cleared, and backs onto a river. The only room that would be unavailable is the back room where I would store personal belongings.
