Our space is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area of a modern design. One side of the room we have a wall to floor to ceiling glass window and doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the 5.26 acres that belongs to our property. We are on a hill so have views. Our space has concrete tile floor and is of an Industrial look. Large table that seats 14 is in the middle of the room. The sloping ceiling extends to 18 foot 6 with an attractive multi window design at the highest point. The room itself is 44 x 33 feet.

Through cleaning down between bookings. We have a large 44 x 33 inch room so there is plenty of room to socially distance should that be required. We are also on 5 acres of land outside so again plenty of room and easy access for ventilation. Our glass door opens completely and disappears into the wall, to make the outside balcony part of the living space.
