The main area works well as a shooting zone, set build, or open workspace, while the adjacent alfresco area can be used for breaks, styling, or additional setups. Clean lines, tiled surfaces, and neutral finishes make it easy to transform the space for lifestyle shoots, social media content, interviews, or small events. Exterior-only security cameras are installed for safety, with no interior monitoring.

The space is cleaned and disinfected between bookings in line with local health authority and short-term rental guidelines. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, tables, and bathroom fixtures are sanitised before each booking. Disinfecting supplies and hand sanitiser are available for guest use, and bookings are spaced apart to allow for thorough cleaning and ventilation.
