Welcome to our loft, located in a charming neighborhood on the Belleville hill. We offer a beautiful, quiet, and spacious space opening onto a 10 m² terrace. Situated on the second floor of an industrial Eiffel-style building, the apartment is bathed in natural light thanks to its large 6 x 4 m floor-to-ceiling windows. It is ideal for hosting up to 25 people in a unique and inspiring setting. At the heart of the space is a large table seating 10, a lounge area with two sofas and two armchairs (15 seats), and a terrace with seating for 6. Available equipment: Wi-Fi / fiber internet, tv, flipchart and markers, pens and paper, sound system, and kitchen equipment. This venue is perfect for presentations or convivial gatherings, and ideal for welcoming clients, guests, or colleagues. The terrace is accessible from the living area and allows guests to get some fresh air. The loft is located 2 minutes on foot from Pyrénées metro station (Line 11) and 6 minutes from Belleville metro station (Lines 11 and 2). Bus lines 96, 20, and 71 are also a 2-minute walk away. We are flexible regarding dates and specific requirements.
