LGNDS is a spacious, versatile studio ideal for photo shoots, video productions, dance and performance content, interviews, commercials, social media content, and other creative projects. The facility features two large open studios with high ceilings, expansive floor space, full-length mirrors, and flexible layouts. The studios can accommodate cameras, lighting equipment, backdrops, production equipment, talent, and crew while providing plenty of room to work. Multiple areas of the facility provide flexibility for different shots, staging, wardrobe changes, equipment setup, and production needs. Mirror coverings are also available as an optional add-on when a clean, non-reflective background is preferred. **Please note:** The base hourly rental includes use of the reserved space only. Tables, chairs, AV/sound equipment, lighting, mirror coverings, and other equipment or services are not included unless specifically selected as Peerspace add-ons. Guests are welcome to schedule a walkthrough before booking or prior to their production to evaluate the space, plan equipment placement, and determine which available add-ons may be needed.
