Discover Kaya, a thoughtfully designed midrise in the heart of Bankers Hill. Tucked beside a quiet park, Kaya offers a rare balance of urban energy and natural calm. Our event space is located on our lobby level and features a beautiful blend of indoor-outdoor gathering space, unique artwork, hand-crafted materials and picturesque surroundings. Our venue can be a blank canvas for multiple types of events - whether it is a corporate function, fundraiser, celebratory party or intimate private gathering. We offer the ability to rent the entire space or portions of the venue at any time. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to filter into your event. We also have an outdoor courtyard with 20-foot shutters that can be made entirely private if your event is smaller-scale. We allow outside catering (including the ability to have beverage service), AV setup, decorations and signage within the space.

We provide general and deep cleaning services on a regular basis between events. All surfaces are disinfected between events, as well as during regular business hours.

Standard (30 Tage)
Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
