All events must be pre-approved, adhere to the agreed-upon guest count, and conclude by the scheduled end time.

The space is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected, and the home is reset to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. Guests are expected to remove personal items and dispose of trash at the conclusion of their event.
