The apartment is 1200sqft, with 12ft exposed pipe ceilings, located in an old factory off the Graham Ave L stop in Williamsburg. The wifi enabled space includes one grand living room, a bar area, a full kitchen, and a spacious bedroom. Production shoots: Our space is perfect for natural light photography or videography (although if you are recording sound you might pick up the noise of the street below - this is NYC after all). Every corner of the loft has been styled to be shootable. Meetings: It's a relaxing change of scenery from your typical office meetings. 🌱 The living room boasts a 9ft live edge 250 year old white oak dining table, easily able to seat 12, plus a full built-in bar (alcohol not included). The open floor plan is great for teams that want space to move around or have breakout sessions. Events: The space is attuned to intimate events and personal get-togethers. The private home setting is perfect for someone who's looking for a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We are open to holding small private events in the space. Furniture: A wide array of furniture from CB2, West Elm, reclaimed wood custom-made pieces, as well as other unique finds. Countless lush plants adorn the space. We've acquired even more since we last took photos! 😊 ** Please be advised that bookings are for “in the door to out the door”. Therefore, you would need to include setup and breakdown as part of your booked time. We usually spend the first 15mins of your booking helping you get settled in the space. Any time in the facility exceeding the time you have booked, will be charged as overtime at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy.
