This space is professionally maintained and thoroughly reset between every booking. I have years of professional Airbnb turnover experience and operate this home with the same high standards used in top-rated short-term rentals. After each booking: • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected • Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped • Wardrobe pieces used during sessions are inspected and reset • Furniture and styling elements are returned to their original placement • Trash is removed • Bathrooms are fully sanitized • Studio areas and backdrops are wiped down and refreshed Because this is a styled creative space — not a warehouse studio — attention to detail matters. Every booking begins in a fully reset, clean, and curated environment. If you ever notice something that needs attention upon arrival, please let me know immediately so I can make it right. A $75 cleaning and reset fee applies to standard bookings of up to 4 guests. Larger groups or production-style bookings may incur an adjusted cleaning fee based on crew size and usage.
