Brick Summit Studios is a 900 sq ft creative loft with 15 ft ceilings, abundant natural light, and oversized windows that flood the main room. The open layout makes it ideal for photoshoots, private events, listening parties, performances and brand activations. A private kitchen and bathroom are conveniently located within the space for guest use. Upstairs, the second level houses a full commercial recording studio with an isolated vocal booth, available upon request. All bookings include: - Full sound system and mixer (audio technician available upon request for an additional fee) - Balcony stage, perfect for performances or DJs - Pioneer DJ controller with DJ table and laptop stand - 45" TV with Wii and Nintendo Switch - 8 ft table plus several 6 ft folding tables - Couch and 8 chairs - Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and large countertop - Private bathroom - Dedicated mini-split AC / heating units in each room The professional recording studio is available as an add-on for music sessions, live recording or production needs. All furniture is modular and can be rearranged to suit your event, or cleared to create an open floor plan. We are a 420-friendly space. Please note the studio is located on the fifth floor and there is no passenger elevator. A freight elevator is available Monday through Friday from 7am–7pm.
