Welcome to Burgundy Suite, a creative studio space in Santa Clara. We are only two miles away from San Jose Mineta International Airport. The studio space features a 40’x18’ production space with a 10’ high ceiling, concrete flooring and a 35’ wide white wall. There is also a lounge area with a couch for you and your guests. The rental includes not only the space but a plentiful quantity of equipment for your use. Please note that the two rooms, reception desks, and workstations are restricted. MAX OCCUPANCY: 80 people plus our studio manager, who will be in attendance at all times. ACCESSIBILITY: We are located on the first floor of our building. WIFI: Will be included in the rental. Please check in with our studio manager for the password.
