• Rental time must include setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly and leave the space by the end of your booked time. • Renters are responsible for all guests and activities during their booking. • No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or open flames inside the space. • Large parties, nightlife events, or alcohol-heavy events are not permitted without prior approval. • Furniture, rugs, and chairs may be moved but must be returned to their original position before the end of the rental. • Do not attach nails, screws, tape, adhesives, or mounting materials to walls, floors, or ceilings that may cause damage. • Renters are responsible for any damages to the space, furniture, or equipment during their rental period. • Events must comply with local occupancy limits and noise regulations. • All trash must be disposed of in the provided bins or removed from the premises. • The venue provides the physical space only. Renters are responsible for their own equipment, event management, and any permits required. • By booking the space, the renter assumes responsibility for all participants and releases the venue and its operators from liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during the rental period. • The host reserves the right to end the rental early if house rules are violated or if the event becomes unsafe or disruptive.
