Welcome to our 1926 Spanish home in Los Angeles — a bright, character-filled space ideal for small events, such as baby showers, dinner parties, book clubs, wellness retreats, professional events and more. Our space features several rooms with white oak hardwood floors, cream-colored walls, artistic details and abundant natural light throughout the day. Available spaces include a kitchen, parlor, bathroom, and two large open living spaces that can easily be styled or used as flexible event areas. Because the large areas are minimally furnished, groups have plenty of space to set up in a variety of ways. All are located on the ground floor, easily accessible through the front door. The upstairs of the home is private and not part of the rental. The space is best suited for small groups looking for a beautiful, serene location with classic Los Angeles Spanish architectural character.
