Über The Studios on Sutter
We have three private suites in a Historic building overlooking a beautiful downtown area. This suite is 700 square feet and has great natural light and lots of room to create. You can also rent the "Boho Studio" that connects to this one to give you access to the balcony. We have various folding tables, table cloths, chairs, velvet sofas, a platform bed on wheels, headboards, paper backdrops and other unique furnishings to create the look you want. A changing room is provided with full length mirror. There are window AC units and a large heating unit for the room, plus fans and an air purifier. The natural light source comes from 2 large windows with sheer curtains and blinds for controlling the light. There is a vanity for getting ready, mini-fridge and k-cup coffee maker. PLEASE NOTE: The studios are not staffed - we are by appointment only. Studio manager will meet you 10 minutes prior to your start time to check you in. You may be asked to do self-check out. This is a historic building so please expect some historic character.

Our studios are professionally cleaned once per month, and surfaces are disinfected between sessions. We have HEPA air purifiers in each room.
