Grand Pinky is a lovingly restored 1907 Victorian in Mexicantown, less than a mile from Michigan Central. Part historic home, part working art studio, part living canvas, every mural and hand-painted detail of the house was created by a close-knit community of artist friends, making each room a one-of-a-kind backdrop you won't find anywhere else.
The home balances century-old character with modern comforts: original wood trim, stained glass windows, and vaulted ceilings sit alongside central air/heat, high-end Bertazzoni range, fast wi-fi, and spa-quality bathrooms. Two cast iron gas fireplaces (kitchen and music room) flip on instantly. A glassed-in sunroom, large breakfast nook, and an abundance of natural light make the space equally suited to intimate shoots and larger productions.
Perfect for: photoshoots, boudoir, portrait, food styling, product photography, interviews, and documentaries.
