The home features a large living room with double-height windows, a clean modern interior with statement artwork, and a minimalist kitchen with black cabinetry. The backyard offers a resort-style setting with a long pool, hedge backdrop, and outdoor seating areas. This space works well for fashion and lifestyle shoots, commercial and brand content, interviews, editorial photography, and social media production. Multiple distinct looks are available within one property. I understand production needs and am easy to work with regarding setup and logistics.
