This 3-story brick bungalow boasts natural light throughout 3 bedrooms, a mirrored gym, modern marble kitchen with large island and open dining, living room with a full wall of windows and built-in shelving/fireplace, sunroom/breakfast nook, music studio/recording space, and large finished basement. There are 3 updated bathrooms (one on every floor), hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a small fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of free street parking. The bonus spaces are great for video/photo shoots so you can store equipment, stage props, and hold talent and hair/makeup. As a producer myself, I’m well-versed in production and excited to host your next project!
