This "Farm in the City" was previously a horse farm with an old barn that is over 100 years old. The overgrown property was cleared in 2025, and the house was renovated to acomódate vacationing guests that liked the outdoor rustic setting of this farm and the luxurious, comfortable interior. The outdoor facilities have been expanded, with additional features such as outdoor seating around a fire pit. Outdoor party lighting for after dark gatherings. The house will accommodate 11 overnight guests, and the property is ideal for parties, "back yard weddings" and similar events. Additional features include a large trampoline and swings for kids of all ages. The house rental is $375/ day with a 3 day minimum. The event fee is $100/hour with 6 hour minimum.
