Über Bliss Pilates Dallas
Private or semi-private Pilates sessions. Weights, bands, circles and small props are also available for use. Seven mats provided in the studio for small group classes. Could probably fit up to 12 people for small group class.
We have a small weight rack with weights ranging from 5lbs up to 20lbs., kettlebells ranging from 9-22lbs and resistance bands for personal training or other athletic trainer use.
There is a small kitchenette in the space, a bathroom in the studio as well as a second restroom in the common area of the building.

Equipment and surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected in between all bookings. Bathroom inside studio will be cleaned and disinfected, floors vacuumed and mopped, high touch areas highlighted. The common areas of the building outside the studio are cleaned once a week by property management.
