Welcome to my centrally-located, ground-floor mini-creative kingdom - a vibe curated for location shoots, studio shoots, small events, dinners, classes, content-creation and parties. Located in the Westmoreland Lofts, my section is one of many converted into creative spaces in a hangar-style warehouse with raw wood ceilings in 1925 as a carpet-dying company. I've heard it was also a paint factory for a time. Either way, it's got a colored history. Just off the 101 and Silverlake Blvd., and a few blocks walking from the Vermont and Beverly metro station. A couple-minute walk to a gas station, 7-11, liquor store and various restaurants. The area also hosts two schools, which means that for a short time in the morning and afternoon, Monday-Friday, street parking can be tough, but the rest of the time, it's surprisingly easy compared to most LA neighborhoods. Rates vary based on the amount of time needed, number of occupants, activities, and production requirements you need. We've hosted feature film shoots, short film shoots, commercial, fashion, comedy shows, songwriter showcases, and many parties. You'll like it here. Everyone does.
