The space is for events, productions, and lawful use only. All bookings must be approved in advance with details of the event type and number of guests. Guests must return the space to its original condition and remove all trash after use. All equipment, including lighting, sound system, and stage setup, must be operated under staff supervision and may not be moved or used without permission. Security staff may be required for large events, and all events must comply with local laws and noise regulations. Alcohol service must comply with local regulations, and no alcohol is permitted for minors. Overtime will be charged if the booking exceeds the reserved time.
Event staff (bartenders, servers, and security) are available upon request at $30/hr per person and are not included in the base rate. A minimum staffing requirement may apply depending on event size. Final staffing needs and costs will be confirmed prior to booking.
