A warm, storybook Tudor with desert soul- where European charm meets Western light.
This 1929 brick Tudor blends old-world charm with warm, curated vintage mid century design. The home features original architectural details including arched walkways, textured walls, and soft, natural light that shifts beautifully throughout the day.
The living area features striking, large cactus specimens, set within a Western/ native desert inspired design, complete layered greenery, and rich natural textures.
Inside, the space is styled with a mix of vintage and mid-century pieces, creating a lived-in, editorial feel that works well for both photography and video. The tones are warm and earthy, giving the home a timeless, slightly moody atmosphere.
The exterior offers a completely different but equally striking setting- offering vintage lawn chairs, patio and garden boxes.
This space is perfect for:
• Editorial and brand photography
• Film and video shoots
• Lifestyle and fashion content
• Creative productions looking for a unique, character-rich setting
The home offers multiple shoot angles, depth, and visual contrast between interior and exterior spaces.
NOTE: I am also a film photographer. I have a canon ae-1 35mm and am willing to take photos for $150 per hour if needed. Please find my photography on Instagram @kristi.west.35mm for examples.
NOTE: I have a black cat named Jericho 🐈⬛ and a dog named Rusty. Rusty will NOT be on site for confirmed booking days, however, Jericho is an indoor/outdoor cat and has ability to enter home through dog door whenever he pleases.
He’s friendly but likely won’t want to be near a lot of people, so it’s possible you won’t cross paths. But he does eat indoors.
Please feel free to move his bowls temporarily while shooting or taking photos if needed. I just kindly ask that once you’re finished, you place them back where they were so he can easily find his food. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
If having a cat on-site is an issue for your production or booking, please let me know ahead of time and I’ll do my best to see if we can figure something out.
