Founded by entrepreneurial husband-and-wife duo Jaren and Kristen Collins, both bring a unique blend of creativity and innovation to the space. Jaren, owner of JCI Creatives, specializes in photo and video production, capturing powerful visuals that tell compelling stories. Kristen is a creative visionary and founder of Black to the Lab where she champions STEM education and empowerment for young Black girls through engaging, science-focused experiences. Together, they envisioned Greenwood Co as a community-centered creative hub that combines their passions, where entrepreneurs can collaborate, create, and grow in a supportive, resource-rich environment.

The space is cleaned and reset before each booking to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
High-touch surfaces, equipment, and shared areas are disinfected regularly.
Guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness during their booking and return the space to its original condition.
All trash, personal items, and catering materials must be removed at the end of your reservation.
Equipment should be wiped down after use and returned to its designated place.
Additional cleaning may be required for excessive mess or improper use of the space
