Tucked away on 5 private acres along the Sandy River, this forest retreat offers a private, nature-filled setting ideal for small gatherings, brand shoots, and video production. Surrounded by evergreens and the sound of the river, the property feels secluded while still being easily accessible from Portland. The home features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that work well for a variety of setups, including a light-filled sunroom with fireplace, spacious living and dining areas, and a large outdoor dining space. A generous lawn provides room for group setups, and we offer 6 tables and up to 40 chairs, which can be arranged on the lawn as needed. The variety of backdrops—from the forested setting to the sunroom and riverfront access—makes the space especially well-suited for photo and video shoots. This space is best suited for intimate, low-impact use and is not set up for large events or weddings.
