Our property is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and reset both INDOORS and OUTDOORS regularly by a licensed cleaning crew — not a quick tidy-up. Indoor cleaning includes: full disinfection of all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, faucets), kitchen and bathrooms deep-cleaned and sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, soft furnishings refreshed, and linens/towels laundered between bookings. Outdoor cleaning includes: pool area, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, pergola, BBQ/grill, lawn areas, and front yard fully cleared, wiped down, and reset. All trash and event debris are removed and bins are sanitized. Bookings are spaced apart to allow time for a thorough turnover, and a cleaning fee is included with each booking to cover the full reset of the property. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and additional supplies are stocked and available for guest use throughout the booking. Guests can arrive confident that the entire property — inside and out — is move-in ready for their shoot or event.
