Our newly renovated meeting room is a versatile and comfortable space, ideal for team meetings, workshops, training sessions, presentations, and small group events. With a maximum capacity of 25 people, it works especially well for groups of up to 20 who need a flexible setup for collaboration or instruction. The room features modular furniture that can be arranged to suit your needs. We offer three narrow tables that can be configured together or separately, each seating up to six people (three per side), for a total of 18 seated at tables. An additional matching table can be used to accommodate extra guests, while a separate desk and bar-height tables are available for presenters or facilitators. Seating includes 14 padded folding chairs, with a mix of matching and similar styles for comfort. For presentations, the space is equipped with a projector and screen that you can easily connect to. Guests also have access to a well-stocked refreshment station with coffee, tea, and chilled water to keep everyone energized throughout the day. Whether you’re hosting a collaborative work session or a formal presentation, this flexible and thoughtfully equipped space is designed to adapt to your needs.
