The smart-lock entry opens to the living room where there is a full-sized pull-out sofa, comfy chair, fireplace, and 55-inch smart TV. From there, French doors open to a large dining room with a lounge area connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances, local organic coffee, a selection of tea, and all of the essentials to cook a meal. This home has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and spacious closet for storage. For those who like to sleep in, there are blackout curtains in both bedrooms. For easy device charging there are touch-lamps with USB-C and regular USB ports on both sides of each queen bed. The home has one full bathroom with a shower/tub. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. Towards the back of the house is the laundry room that has a stacked washer & dryer, laundry soap, ironing board, iron, trash and recycling container. The permaculture garden: The 1/3-acre expansive permaculture garden began in 2021 as a passion project by the owner, Melissa, who designed the space to support wildlife, restore the local ecosystem, and create a peaceful refuge for guests and pets alike. The property is graced by majestic old-growth willow oaks that provide shade and shelter, creating a serene canopy for the garden below. Guests can enjoy bird watching at their leisure, as a wide array of bird species visit the feeder to feast throughout the day.
