The theater seats 36 guests in lounge-style couches or up to 94 in standard black folding chair configuration. The space features a raised stage, professional projection and sound, and a full lighting setup capable of supporting a wide range of production needs. Natural light can be fully blacked out for screenings and productions requiring a controlled environment. Adjacent to the rooftop and main floor spaces, the theater can be combined for multi-space events.

The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every booking. High-touch surfaces, shared amenities, and all equipment are sanitized prior to each event. The theater is equipped with HEPA-certified air filtration. Disinfecting wipes, spray, and hand sanitizer are available on site for guests throughout their booking. A post-event walk-through is conducted upon departure. A cleaning fee of $145 applies if the space is not returned to its original condition and waste is properly in waste bins.
