A multiuse space that is well-suited for a variety of events and programming included but not limited to film shoots, gallery showcases, pop-up stores/boutiques/sales, performances (music/theatrical/dance), parties, and more. The gallery is divided into three spaces: 1. The front gallery (approximately 225 square feet) with two windows facing Sunset Blvd with built in benches and dimmable overhead uniform lighting and 5 outlets. 2. The back area is larger (approximately 600 square feet) contains a multiuse space that includes an open area that can be filled with whatever is needed, a kitchenette with a sink, garbage disposal, an large counter, and a bathroom. There are 7 outlets, overhead flourscent lighting, and two sets of warm track lights that can be adjusted as needed. There are two black accent walls that have been used for performances. 3. There is an outside patio area (approximately 200 square) that has an outside table with four chairs, a couch, and landscaping.
