Natural light filters beautifully through our dual-function street-facing electric garage door system, while full blackout capability provides complete lighting control when needed. With direct street-level access, a private changing room, and a private bathroom, A_Studio is ideal for photoshoots, productions, content creation, workshops, brand activations, and retail pop-ups. Located just blocks from McCarren Park, the studio combines thoughtful design with practical functionality for seamless production days.
