Welcome to our 6,500 sq. ft. active production ceramics studio, offered exclusively for curated brand collaborations, content partnerships, and hosted culinary experiences. Rather than a standard empty venue rental, we open our working historic mill studio to fellow creators, lifestyle brands, and chefs looking to collaborate in a textured, authentic industrial environment. All experiences are strictly hosted and supervised on-site by the studio owners. The Layout & Unique Spaces While this is an active workspace, the layout is uniquely flexible. Most production tables and industrial shelving are on wheels or pallets, allowing us to clear and customize zones for your booking needs. The Showroom & Dining Room: A beautifully styled, minimalist retail showroom featuring our handcrafted ceramic wares. This space seamlessly doubles as an intimate, high-end dining area or meeting space. The Designer Kitchen: A beautifully styled kitchen featuring premium appliances and elegant custom cabinetry. Designed as a visual showpiece, it functions as an exceptional backdrop for food styling, editorial shoots, and private dining — bring your outside caterer or chef and the space does the rest. Please note that appliances are not currently connected to utilities; no on-site cooking or baking is possible. The Grand Center Aisle: A long, exceptionally wide central thoroughfare flanked by industrial ceramic production. A dramatic, versatile space well suited to long-table dinners, large-scale video shoots, and content productions. Please Note: This is an active, professional production studio. While the main thoroughfares and showroom are highly flexible, certain heavy machinery, kilns, and workbenches are fixed and strictly off-limits for guest use. We welcome creative productions, corporate off-sites, and elegant dinners, but cannot accommodate high-impact parties or events with unmanaged guest access.
