San Felipe Venue is a private micro-event and creative gathering space designed for stylish, intimate experiences and elevated hosting. The space offers a modern, inviting atmosphere ideal for dinner parties, birthday celebrations, bridal showers, team meetings, content creation, photoshoots, workshops, and small private events.
The open-concept layout features a full kitchen with an oversized 8-foot island, dining area, drink station, and lounge seating. The space opens into an outdoor patio and extended deck, offering additional room for guests to gather, host activities, or enjoy the space indoors and out.
San Felipe works well for a wide range of uses, from creative classes and brand events to fitness or movement-based sessions, team off-sites, and social gatherings.
The neutral, design-forward aesthetic makes the space easy to customize for different themes and setups, while the indoor–outdoor layout allows hosts to create experiences that feel social, flexible, and intentional. On-site parking is available for approximately 16–20 vehicles with strategic parking, and complimentary tours are available for hosts who would like to view the space in person before booking.
