AFM Creative Space is a flexible event venue located within a 5,000-square-foot space in Midtown Manhattan, just steps from Penn Station. Designed for brand experiences, corporate gatherings, and community-driven events, the venue offers a spacious open layout that can be adapted for a wide range of event formats. The space is especially well suited for brand activations, launch events, product showcases, matchmaking and networking events, panel discussions, workshops, creator events, presentations, receptions, and private corporate gatherings. AFM has previously hosted events including matchmaking gatherings, launch events, panel discussions, brand-focused events, and community activations, giving the space a proven foundation for programs that require both presentation areas and flexible guest interaction. One of the venue’s key features is its collection of customizable display shelving and freestanding display units. These can be adapted for products, samples, merchandise, brand materials, sponsor displays, welcome areas, signage, or decorative installations. This makes the space particularly useful for brands that want to create a more customized environment rather than simply renting an empty room. The venue also features multiple televisions on stands throughout the space, allowing screens to be positioned and incorporated into different areas of an event. They can be used for branded visuals, sponsor content, event schedules, presentations, product videos, digital signage, or synchronized content across multiple screens. A large built-in LED screen is also available as a central presentation or visual focal point. An existing stage, professional mixing console, PA speakers, and microphones are available for speeches, presentations, panel discussions, announcements, and other programmed portions of an event. For events that require additional visual production, the venue also has a professional studio lighting system available. The space includes up to 50 chairs and 30 folding tables with black tablecloths. Furniture can support a variety of layouts, including seated presentations, panels, registration areas, product displays, workshops, catering stations, sponsor tables, and open networking environments. Storage space is available for event materials, products, boxes, equipment, and supplies during the booking. The combination of open event space, customizable displays, multiple screens, AV equipment, furniture, and storage allows brands and event teams to build a complete guest experience within one venue. The venue is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan near Penn Station, providing easy access for guests, vendors, speakers, and production teams traveling from throughout New York City and the surrounding area. Please note that the booking includes the designated open event areas only. Offices, private rooms, and other restricted workspaces are not included in the rental. All load-in, setup, event time, breakdown, cleanup, and load-out must take place within the reserved booking period. Freight access is available for larger deliveries and equipment and must be scheduled with us in advance. Outside catering and outside vendors may be permitted with advance approval. Custom booths, branded installations, specialty staging, large equipment, significant furniture rearrangement, or other custom setups must be discussed and approved in advance.
