Zone 2 (900 sqft): The social heart of the yard, featuring a premium heavy-duty charcoal barrel smoker grill and a cozy central hangout area. Zone 3 (600 sqft): A charming garden retreat complete with a winding stone path, mature shade trees, a mobile fire pit, and an elegant white trellis—ideal for photos. Guest Rules: ● Neighborly Conduct & Warnings: Guests must maintain respectful behavior and reasonable noise levels out of consideration for our neighbors. If behavior is determined to be unneighborly by the host, a maximum of two warnings will be issued. Continued issues after the second warning will result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund. ● All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins at the end of the event. ● Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor zones.
